Manufacturing
Optmel’s primary focus is manufacturing. Our capabilities include the precision machining of parts, the production of optical components, sheet metal parts fabrication, die casting, spinning, and welding assemblies, among other services.
We can provide prototypes, samples, low volume production parts and medium to high volume production parts.
We have achieved this by setting up an efficient manufacturing process that balances quality with speed, all while remaining cost-effective.
Engineering
Our team of engineers brings years of experience in both optical and mechanical engineering to each project we take on, and we utilize the most up-to-date CAD tools to ensure our designs meet even the most complex requirements.
We understand how important communication is to a successful project, which is why we keep in regular contact with our customers throughout the entire design process. We value our customers’ intellectual property, and every design that we create under our engineering services agreement is the sole property of our customers. At the conclusion of each project, we provide all design files to our customers to ensure complete transparency.
Design Services
At Optmel, we also provide commercialization and manufacturability consulting services for newly designed parts. With our extensive system and manufacturing experience, we are able to help our customers optimize the manufacturing process for their applications, enabling them to save costs from the design stage.
Supply Chain
Our world-class supply chain service team is dedicated to providing you with the best source of components and materials for your products. If you experience any difficulties in finding a qualified source, we can help by negotiating the best price on your behalf. With our large facility for final assembly and testing, we are able to bring in all the parts from our manufacturing business units and contract manufacturers and perform final assembly, test, and quality assurance in one location.
